Using Dapplify
Dapplify lets you clip sections from sites you like, set a brand, and have an assistant build a site from them that you can publish. It is in early access, so it may change, have bugs or be unavailable at times. You must be at least 16 to use it. If you use it for an organization, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.
Your account
You sign in with Google. Keep your account secure and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens under it.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload and create, including your brand, images, text and the sites you build. You give us the permission we need to store, process and display it to run Dapplify for you, including sending it to the AI providers described in our privacy page, and to show a published site to anyone with its link.
Clips and other people's sites
A clip is a reference for structure and layout from a site that belongs to someone else. Only clip sections you are allowed to use as a reference, and respect each site's own terms. Dapplify rebuilds a clip in your brand, but you are responsible for making sure what you publish is yours to publish: use your own words, images and logos, or ones you have the right to use. Don't use Dapplify to copy a site or pass it off as someone else's.
AI-generated results
Sites and edits are generated by AI models, so they can be wrong, incomplete or similar to other sites. Review everything before you publish it. We don't promise that results are unique, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
Publishing
When you publish a site it gets a public link and anyone with it can see the version you published. You're responsible for it. We may unpublish or remove a site that breaks these terms or the law, or that someone credibly reports as infringing their rights.
What you can't do
- Break the law, or publish anything unlawful, deceptive, hateful or harmful.
- Infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
- Use Dapplify to phish, spread malware or impersonate a person or business.
- Probe, overload or disrupt the service, or get around its limits or security.
- Scrape or resell the service, or use it to build a competing one.
Analytics
We use an analytics tracker to see how people use Dapplify and how many visitors become users. What it collects, and how to limit it, is in the privacy page and the cookie notice.
Pricing
If we add paid plans, we'll tell you the price before you're charged anything, and nothing will be charged without your say-so.
Our rights and your feedback
Dapplify, its design and its software belong to us. These terms don't give you any right to them beyond using the service. If you send us feedback or ideas, we can use them without owing you anything.
Ending things
You can stop using Dapplify at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms or put the service or others at risk. Sections that by their nature should continue (like content ownership, disclaimers and liability) do.
No warranty
Dapplify is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about it being uninterrupted, error-free or suited to your needs.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before it, or USD 100. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters we'll update the date above and, for signed-in users, tell you. Continuing to use Dapplify after a change means you accept it.
