Dapplify ("we", "us") builds a website from sections you clip from sites you like. You can reach us about anything on this page at [email protected].

• Waitlist. The email address you give us, so we can contact you when your spot opens.
• Your account. If you sign in with Google: your name, email address, profile picture and account ID. Dapplify never sees your Google password.
• What you make. Your projects and their brand settings (logo, colors, fonts, description), the sections you clip (the page address, the section's markup, an optional note and a preview image), your chat messages with the assistant, the sites it generates and every version, the images and logos you upload, and the sites you publish.
• Browser extension. Only when you choose to clip a section, the extension captures that section of the page you're on. It keeps clips in your browser until you import them into a project.
• Usage data. We use an analytics tracker to see how people use Dapplify: pages visited, buttons clicked, the options and features people choose, the site that sent them, their device and browser type, and their approximate region. We also use it to measure conversion, such as how many visitors join the waitlist, sign up or publish a site.
• Technical data. Your IP address and request logs, kept for security, abuse prevention and debugging.

• To run Dapplify: build, edit, store and publish your sites, and keep you signed in.
• To understand what people prefer and where they drop off, so we can improve the product and the site.
• To email you about the launch and your waitlist spot. We don't send marketing you didn't ask for.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our service to you, our legitimate interest in improving and securing Dapplify, and your consent where we ask for it.

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the providers that help us run Dapplify, and only what each needs:

• AI model providers (Anthropic and Google). They receive your messages, your brand details and the sections you clip so they can research, generate and edit your site.
• Google, for sign-in, and for the email that delivers waitlist signups to us.
• Hosting, database and file storage providers that keep the service and your content running.
• An analytics provider that processes the usage data described above on our behalf.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these providers process data outside your country. We choose providers that protect it to a comparable standard.

A site you publish can be opened by anyone who has its link, and its content is visible to them. Keep anything private out of a site you publish. Unpublished projects are only visible to you.

Clips come from other people's sites. We keep only the section you chose to clip, inside your own project, and use it as a reference for building yours. It isn't shared with other Dapplify users.

We keep your content and account for as long as you have them with us. When you delete a project, a clip or an uploaded image, it is removed from the app and from our storage, and from backups within 30 days. Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to remove them or we've contacted you about the launch. Usage data is kept in aggregated or de-identified form where we can.

You can remove any of your data, at any time:

• Delete a project, a clip, an asset or a published site yourself in the app.
• To delete your whole account and everything in it, or to be removed from the waitlist, email [email protected] and we'll do it within 30 days.
• Ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to object to how we use it, the same way.
• Unsubscribe from launch emails with the link in them, or by telling us.
• Limit tracking with your browser's settings or a blocker, or ask us to exclude you. See our cookie notice.

Depending on where you live, you may have more rights, such as complaining to your data protection authority. We'll honor them.

We protect your data with access controls and encrypted connections, and give each user's content only to that user. No system is perfectly secure, so if you find a problem, tell us.

Dapplify is not for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us data, contact us and we'll delete it.
